Ana Catarina Santos e Sousa has over 20 years of experience in strategic communication, PR, and digital marketing. She began her career at the Lisbon City Council (CML), working in the immigration area. In 2007, she joined Lusófona University, where she spent 11 years in the Marketing and Communication department. In 2015, she was a Press Officer at the Ministry of Internal Administration (MAI). Since 2018, she has been working at WPP Group (currently Burson) as a PR Account Manager. She is a Visiting Lecturer at Nova SBE and a Professor at Lusófona University, teaching PR, Crisis Communication, and Storytelling. She holds degrees in Event Management, Family and Society, and Digital Marketing, with specializations in Web Copywriting and Google Analytics.
